Type
Project(s) Phase I was a great enhancement. It was our initial reorganization project. Phase II, the major redesign project, was within 1 and a half months of the initial enhancement. Soon after we launched the redesign and brand new look, the bi-annual Membership Drive took off. The team decided on an LP Album to visually track the progress towards attaining their goal. You can see that in the photo to the left. According to the Operations Manager, "The staff is enjoying the record just as much as listeners, and it is motivating more online pledges." |
