Efficiency

efficient. We continually assist in looking for ways to off-load functions
and answers to the Web site, rather than utilizing expensive people
time. End customers like being able to help themselves by way of a Web
site. After saying that, we stay aware and facilitate the business attitude
that a company must always first maintain the personal service attitude
to their end customers.
- In maintenance mode, we encourage our customers to keep a folder and
throw non-critical topics in for review at our next meeting.
- We keep an ongoing page per customer that lists topics for the next
meeting.
- Depending on the complexity of the next meeting, we will create and
email a proposed agenda and encourage pre-planning the meeting.
- We've established an Extranet that is solely for the use of our customers
and is available only by way of logon (Home Page > Client Logon).
It offers some helpful technical and not-so-technical information generally
and some customer-specific information that only comes up with a particular
customer's logon. The advertising tracking page is an example of the
latter.
- We do individual consultation on request and, on occasion, initiate
a broadcast message of assistance to all of our customers.
