We can program a marketing / newsletter / announcement email to run against your database or a text file of your contact names and email addresses. The programming can take one email address at a time and create that same newsletter/update for each person on your list. Alternatively, we can create the newsletter and send it to you so you can distribute it.

The newsletter is a great tool to encourage purchase by initiating thoughts of your product/service, to give them the upcoming schedule additions and changes (e.g. trade shows you will attend) or by offering specials and discounts periodically. Text Version of the Newsletter reaches recipients that have text email software or have "HTML" turned off.

Our Statistics Reports also help in tracking the success of your permission-based newsletter or any form of advertising, for that matter. We just need access to your Web site's raw log files. If you're not sure what that is, don't worry, we can check to see if it is available for you.

The 'from' email address is a valid address for replies so that recipients can ask questions or activating "Opt-out" if desired. Opt-out means that if someone no longer wants to receive the email newsletters, they can easily initiate the removal of their name from the list.
