Our online ticketing solution for Centenary Stage Company (CSC), out of Hackettstown, NJ, is a big hit with the patrons ordering tickets online. With CSC's permission, the patron's ordering comments go to both CSC and SR Web Resources. This way we can stay on top of any unforeseen problems a patron may experience and you can see the success of the program from the comments below.  For three years and since the application's inception, we've had only one very minor complaint about how the ordering system works. It has all been glowing, very pleased comments as to how user friendly the system is.

(This is a smaller theatre. Every seat has a great view. For this reason, it was decided not to put a more complex seating choice function online - in response to this comment, we did add a seating chart)

Note: This is a smaller theatre. Every seat has a great view. For this reason, it was decided not to put a more complex seating choice function online.

Note: By the nature of the box office, there are times when the office is not manned - that's where the online ticketing system shines! With its ability to offer around the clock access to ordering all of the remaining shows and the ability for the system to do edits to be sure the order is right, using the system is like adding multiple quality people to your staff.

Note: As a result, we increased the size of the lettering inviting the patron to print the page prior to the comment request/final confirmation page - that prior page does include the date and number of tickets (Sample).

Log on method of making ordering even easier with subsequent orders.
 
Multiple subscription plans.
 
Ability to order Individual tickets when subscriptions are available and afterwards.
 
Errors from edits show up on the same page as where the Patron enters field information. Easy to correct and continue.
 
Encourage donations (sample on Individual tickets).
 
Once a Donation is given, requests for donations do not show on subsequent page
