when people compare to like systems and give ours such great marks! A great system is coded and tested well but equally
important, it is planned and designed well.

Note: That's a comment a Web developer wants to hear, that we were so successful at making it easy to use, that
someone specifically requests that it not be 'enhanced.' Very Interesting!

course) and presented previously used credit cards so we don't have to re-enter the number each time."
Note: Making the patron enter their credit card each time they order is an additional security measure by choice.

Note: As a result, we programmed the system to show a small part of the mailing
address so someone knows when they order that the address on file is correct.

(This is a smaller theatre. Every seat has a great view. For this reason,

How do I know what seats were reserved and did we have a choice of seating?"

Note: By the nature of the box office, there are
times when the office is not manned - that's where the online ticketing
system shines! With its ability to offer around the clock access to
ordering all of the remaining shows and the ability for the system
to do edits to be sure the order is right, using the system is like
adding multiple quality people to your staff.
